What do I need before onboarding begins?

Don’t worry if you’re new — we’ll walk you through everything. Before onboarding, make sure you have a few basics ready: your name, business name (if you have one), a working phone number, and an email address. If you don’t yet have an LLC or domain, we’ll help you get those set up before your first call. You don’t need any tech knowledge — just come ready to learn and we’ll handle the rest.

How do I log in for the first time?

After you’ve selected and paid for your package, you’ll receive an email with your login link and a temporary password. Follow the steps in that email to set up your own secure password. Once logged in, we recommend bookmarking this page for easy access: https://crm.genierei.com/. Check your email for your login link and temporary password.

What if I didn’t get my login email?

First, make sure your payment went through — sometimes the signup isn’t complete if the payment fails. Once confirmed, check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders for the email. If it’s still missing, send us an email at [email protected] with the subject line “Need Login” or text us directly at +1 531-329-2493 so we can help you right away.

How do I connect my domain, phone, and email?

We’ll walk you through it during onboarding. You’ll only need to do it once.

🧱 Onboarding & First Call

What should I prepare before my first onboarding call?

We’ll take care of everything, so don’t worry at all. However, if you don’t already have an LLC, we’ll send you a form to fill out so we can help you create it. Please complete it as soon as you receive it, so your onboarding and the rest of the tech setup don’t get delayed. You can also have your logo, business email, and any existing lead lists ready — but it’s completely fine if you don’t have those yet.

Will someone help me set up my LLC?

Yes. We’ll help you create an LLC if you don’t already have one. We’ll need some basic information from you, and you’ll only need to pay the state filing fee directly — we don’t charge anything extra for creating it for you. Our team will walk you through each step to make sure it’s completed before your onboarding call.

When do I apply for A2P registration?

Right after your LLC setup. We’ll handle the process for you.

What happens when a new lead comes in?

They’ll automatically get a text, email, or call from your workflow, and you’ll also receive a notification so you can take quick action if needed.

How do I see all my messages?

Go to “Conversations” in your dashboard. You’ll see every text, call, and email in one place.

How will I know when a lead replies or books?

You’ll get instant notifications by email and app.

🏠 Properties & Pipelines

Can I track deal status?

Yes. You’ll have an analytics dashboard that shows all your leads and deal activity in one place. Each property will also be labeled by status — such as “Under Contract,” “Sold,” or “Pending” — so you can easily track where every deal stands and how your business is performing overall.

How do I track multiple properties?

You can view all your properties inside the Pipeline dashboard and easily track their progress by stage. You’ll also have access to your analytics dashboard, which gives you an overview of all properties, leads, and deals in one place for better visibility and decision-making.

💬 Support & Communication

How do I submit a support ticket?

In the left menu of your GenieREI portal, you’ll see a Support tab. Click on it, fill out your question or concern, and submit the form — our team will start working on it right away.

What if my issue is urgent?

For urgent issues — such as being unable to log in or anything critical to your account or deals — text us right away at +1 531-329-2493 so we can help immediately.

How can I join weekly Q&A?

Click on the recurring Zoom link located in the Support tab, or click here to join from this page.

What topics are covered during Tech Tuesdays?

Setup help, troubleshooting, new feature walkthroughs, and open Q&A for all paying members.

Is there a private community?

Yes, we do have a private community. Every paid member is automatically invited, but if you missed the invite, please join and sign up here (use your GenieREI login information or log in with Gmail for easy access). You’ll be prompted to set up a password. Once you’re in, you’ll be asked to include a short bio and a profile picture — this helps other members connect with you and recognize your business. You can add your company logo or a personal photo — whichever best represents you.

💸 Billing & Account

How much does GenieREI cost per month?

Pricing depends on your plan. Check your invoice or welcome email.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Contact support via support tab in your account (in the left menu, all the way at the bottom).

How do I update my payment method?

While logged in to your account, click on Settings at the bottom left, then select Billing, and update your billing information there.

What happens if my payment fails?

We’ll send you a reminder email. Your account may pause until updated.

Do you offer refunds?

Since GenieREI is a software platform, there are no unused balances or partial services — once your account is active, all system features and tools are instantly available to you. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds. However, you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted and stored on secure servers.
